CRPS/RSD: A little known disease that is considered more painful than cancer!

You have probably never heard of the acronyms CRPS/RSD. CRPS is known in the medical field as chronic regional pain syndrome. It is sometimes known as “RSD”(Reflex sympathetic dystrophy). It is a debilitating disease in which The nerves misfire, sending constant pain signals to the brain. The level of pain is measured as one of the most severe on the McGill University Pain Scale rates that pain associated with CRPS/RSD as more painful than cancer.

I have represented many clients with CRPS/RSD. It can result after a dog bite, slip and fall accident, or by stepping on a nail. In addition to seeking monetary compensation from at fault Defendants, CRPS/RSD sufferers may be eligible for federal disability benefits compensation.
